She is Carene Hortensia from Fate/Hollow Ataraxia. This figure from the GoodSmile Company was sculpted by Takahiro Hashimoto in 1:6 scale (though actually closer to 1:5). Her Magdala is not included.

Takk: Since this figure is a little larger than normal it lent itself to working with the light.
