A couple of weeks ago, a Yoko 3D mouse pad found its way onto my desk. Strange how clicking a few buttons and typing some numbers when prompted can totally transform a boring work station into a wtf for all who visit. It’s got personality, style, and substance, some sort of gel to keep her special. Yoko is an amazing conversation starter, a reliable comment trigger for anyone who visits my apartment. You can’t miss her as my desk sits at the top of the steps as you enter my place. That flaming bikini top over the hills where there should be a flat mouse pad surface, yeah, nobody escapes.
For the past two weeks my wrist has rested snug between Yoko’s boobs. Yoko cradles the wrist in stereo, but her cleavage provides some pretty mediocre wrist support. It makes it so the only way you can move the mouse, when surrounded, is to use your wrist as the fulcrum, which isn’t what you want to be doing when looking for something to ease your wrist discomfort. Most of the time, I rest my wrist atop one of her boobs, which are fairly squishy. They’re like stress relief balls, so just feel up your mouse pad for relaxation purposes. Yoko’s got an adhesive backing, so go nuts.
I do have a product improvement suggestion. Turn these mouse pads into USB devices and strategically place two pointer nibs like they have on the ThinkPad keyboards. I have faith this will be done.
Really though, nobody buying a titmouse pad really gives a crap about the ergonomics. It’s one of the last glorious bits of consumerism which anyone can use to further alienate themselves, rather than buy into what is acceptable. Buying this lets people know you are a sick and sad puppy, you’re not right in the head. Of course, they probably already know that and talk to you anyway, so they will find the mouse pad funny, which is alright I guess.^^;
Nice new mousepad, or what my friends and me usually call, oppai pad. I just got myself a new mousepad too, though its not anime related, it’s a Razer Goliathus gaming mouse pad. These oppai mousepad is just not for me, since the boobs will just get in the way when I am gaming ^^
Does Yoko second as a pillow too? You know, for those quick power naps.
i’ve been wanting one of these, but i can never get around to paying the money for one. you know i just realized we’ve never seen pictures of your apartment or your entire collection, now that i’d love to see
I have one of those oppai mousepads but don’t use it. Mainly because I’ll know it’ll get destroyed pretty quickly like all my mousepads. Though I bet you get distracted from doing anything now and then.
my only trouble with oppai mousepad is that I don’t like girls having big titties =_= The only one I might have bought would be Kallen but that one’s design is positively horrid (somehow her arm ended up a part of the boob)
Now this kind of enhances my interest to get one. I was thinking I would hardly have the space…but the “ergonomics”…

Ergonomic wise, it does the job but the price has always been a factor to consider.
In addition, I’ve got regular users on my computer when I’m at work and one of them is my dad.
I have yet to see any butt mousepads, interestingly enough.
i wanted to buy it (yoko) as well but the price scares me. O_O

I guess marketability-wise, it could do much better than this oppai paddy. I’ve tried such mousepads before (the generic, non-designed ones), and what they claimed on the box (where it labels, “IMPROVE ERGONOMICS”) ended up being a fake or a marketing gimmick.
But, it is a nice way to strike a conversation! Not that it would do well with the ladies though… ^^;

gordon the droid hunter, the damaging the goods has crossed my mind. As soon as it starts to get faded, it’s going to start looking nasty and that’s a T.T. I hope the fabric is really resistant.

The dark part of me has always wanted an oppai mousepad, but I would be way too embarassed to actually use it. To a lesser extent the same applies to dakimakura.

Too fun! I thought it looked a bit 3D in the picture. Great computer set up. With all the figures you no doubt have it would be great to see other images of your place, how you have things set up, etc.

That’s right, Intuos3 9×12. It’s very precise, especially when using a large monitor. Especially good if you’ve got shaky hands, plus with the level of control the larger surface gives you, you’ll find you don’t have to zoom in 4 million percent like people do with smaller tablets and can see more of what you’re working on which will give you a better sense of perspective.
I used to use it for drawing, but now it’s a fancy desk ornament.
I don’t use a mouse pad myself, the desk is just a bit too crowed for on at the time. I might get a oppai in the future just of the laughs.
I was planning on getting a Intuos3 9×12 myself with my tax return. But now that I’m jobless that been put on hold.
Ok. Just bought it then……. “I just spent a lot of money…” : ( Thanks Rats, I was actually going to get the 6X8 but then I read what you said & that was all I needed. – I wanted the large one anyway.
