Ringo listened to Kira and Gerome argue while she stood on the far side of the studio with nothing on but some real fetishy lingerie. She couldn’t sit down like everyone else did while waiting for the photographer to arrive, because she’d wrinkle the garment and they wanted her ready as soon as he arrived. The studio was large enough where Ringo might as well have been in another room. She had goosebumps on her arms from being cold.
“I don’t like this girl at all,” said Kira, the designer of the lingerie Ringo was modeling. Kira smoked and had the tanned hide that went with it. She was a miserable human being, so perfect for the fashion industry. “She looks like a fucking mule. I swear all I see is a jackass chewing on jackass food.”
“Well, we have to make due. Josetta isn’t available,” said Gerome. Josetta was the girl they booked originally for this shoot. Heroin, bulimia, car crash, who really cared anyway?
“Also those Air Treks make me want to vomit more than her face does,” she said pointing her cigarette at Gerome. “I don’t get it. I just don’t get it. This clearly sends a mixed signal. Bondaged girl with a means of escape? Bad. Awful. Vomit. Puke. Vomit.”
“Umm, have you noticed her fat legs?” he said a little loud and defensive-like. “I had to hide that shit with something.”
“I wish you’d use platforms.”
Just then, Karl the photographer’s assistant entered the room carrying eight cups of coffee they sent him to get from the deli two floors down from the studio.
“It does have fat legs, that’s for sure” he said, setting the trays of coffee on the table. “I got a text from Richard. He’ll be here soon and we can start.”
“Someone light me up,” said Kira as pulled another cigarette out of her case.
Gerome sipped his coffee. “What’s the brew?”
“Costa Rican something something,” said Karl.
After five minutes Richard arrived and he sauntered over to Ringo. This was her first modeling job and she bit her tongue bloody the whole time they were talking. Ringo straightened up, smiled, and said hello to Richard who began to look her over.
“Sex on wheels,” he said. “It’s beautiful, Gerome!”
Ringo smiled at that.
“Oh, is that your bag?”
“Oh, yes, that’s my bag,” said Ringo who held her smile.
“May I,” Richard said, not waiting for her to say yes before picking up her pink K-bag. “I think if we put this bag over her head it will be perfect. No? Yes?”
Review of Ringo Noyamano Hentai Mask Version
A lot of people canceled Yamato’s Ringo Noyamano, Hentai Mask version when the first look at the pvc started floating around. The original sculpt was amazingly hot, but Yamato kind of screwed up. I think the reaction to the figure was a little overblown. The paint on her eyes has nowhere near the attitude of the original, but she’s not a dog.
It’s a Yamato figure, so it’s not the cleanest product in the world. Quite a bit of junk is found in her hair and the amount of dirt on her skin kind of lame if looked at through a macro lens, otherwise not that noticeable, and there’s not a whole lot of shading, but I’d rather have too little than too much. The other thing that seemed to throw people was the stand for her strap cape. It’s not needed unless you want it to lift the cape up to look wind blown.
One thing that did come through from the original was the hotness of Ringo’s body. The sculpted details and curvature on the legs and butt are tops. These more than make up for the lack of paint shading. Plus the way the straps lift her breasts is pretty hot. This isn’t a figure to get for cute or whatnot. It means to be pervy and pretty much delivers on everything but the smoldering gaze from the prototype. It has plenty to look at regardless.
Other Stuff
Man this one makes me feel dirty. I like Ringo. She’s nice and sticking a bag over her head is so wrong, but I thought it made an interesting shot. It’s good thing she’s made of plastic, otherwise I’d have to class myself as a bad person. Half kidding.
I dig the outfit. Obviously it’s got the super ecchi factor going for it, but it’s just interesting to look at with the lines and how the sculptor used those straps to great effect on her muscles. The anatomy stylization becomes a strong feature of the figure, a bit moreso than other figures, which tend to represent anatomy rather than use it as a sculpted feature.
Ringo deserves a second look. If you aren’t convinced by my review, see Foobarbaz and DannyChoo, which I’m sure you already have.

The prototype was awesome and I was surprised by Yamato work but then when the final product came out Yamato did it again. I definitely prefer the prototype, but it’s not only Yamato who sometimes changes their final products, Kan’U from Alter is a bit different in the mouth
I’m going to try to get hold of the original Decoration Master when I visit their offices ^^;

Wee, lovely pics once more Super Rats. Like you, I felt the reaction was way overblown just over a few bad pics, and I was amongst those who tried to disprove the theory. What was worse about it was how people seemed to think it was to be canceled, no offense to Danny, just based on what Danny said. And it is Yamato, why so serious? Having too high a standard is bad for health.
Well, your review, Danny’s, and AkibaHobby’s hopefully proved just how presumptous they were with their decision. Yet to get mine, but I already look forward to her.
Why did Yamato screw up?? The prototype was so promising! I guess the translation from garage kit to PVC was too much for a subpar company like Yamato. Good thing Ringo comes with the bag, it covers her face and accentuates her “better” features, ha ha.
Damm Super Rats you can pull off some amazing shots. I think I need to rethink my lighting again after seeing these. The dark background shots are just out of this world.

I’m planning on buying this one as soon as I get the money to, although, I would like to see if they re-release or something like that, it would be nice.
Still not found of the final product, mostly because it is a Yamato figure. Gorgeous figure anyway, lovely gaze, sweet pigtails… and appealing body!
The Ringo fanboy in me is happy to get some to reconsider.

Had she been of better quality (I’m really nit-picky about details), and of a more affordable price, I’d've snapped her up in an instant. Still, I do wonder how many weird looks that’d net me whenever people come to my room.
Ringo is on my home computer desk (yeah, unless your boss is Danny Choo, that’s probably not a good idea to put this on your work desk). Got a couple of double takes last night.

A couple of shots were meant to be a little edgy/campy that way though, particularly that shot with the pipe dangling between her legs. And in a different way the shots with the bag over her head. The light and color grade on the bag shots have more contrast and saturation on them.
