I think I agree with most of the others here that Air soundtrack was pretty nice, but seeing as I have yet to actually watch it, I can’t really reflect upon your comment.

I just started watching Clannad, and…and I think I may have to use the tissue box again for not it’s usual purpose. Planetarian already gave me swollen eyes from crying, Clannad will prolly as well, and if I start watching Air…oh god -_-;;

I’ve stayed away from genres like these, not because it’s all “boring” or whatever the general feelings is, but because well, they bring me to tears ;_;

Just thinking about it is already starting to get me down @_@;;

AIR’s soundtrack is one of the best I’ve heard, brings out every inch of memories from the show/game (even though I’ve watched it a few years ago/played it 7 years ago) , and feels very touching. Albit sad though. It impacted me more than watching/playing Kanon.

It must just be me then. I like the OP and ED and some of the pieces are good, but the music during a couple of the climactic scenes sounded just like the music that comes on the CD laser lens cleaning disc I have.

I have edited my post to more accurately reflect my opinion on the music. My previous statement was just too broad.

what are you talking about? The AIR soundtrack is VERY GOOD, it’s the SAME music that’s in the AIR game. It’s my favorite soundtrack, I can name other anime which has terrible soundtracks, but AIR is a good soundtrack.

Strange. I found AIR’s music to be really good; one of my favorite soundtracks in fact.
