That’s 11, I know. If I did this tomorrow two or three might be different. What changed since last year? Evangelion, His and Her Circumstances, and GitS:SAC bow out to make way for Magic User’s Club, FLCL, and Kamichu! Recent rewatches of MUC and FLCL helped, no doubt, but Kamichu! is not in any danger of falling off this list anytime soon.

That’s so true. When I watched it last month, I looped it like four times. Watched the show, then watched the director’s commentary throughout, then watch the English production commentary, then watched the show again.
I just finished Gunslinger Girl recently and it was so good that I went ahead and checked out the 1st volume of the manga which is a bit different but good nonetheless. SuperGALS I may check out, it looks like fun.
Nice list, mostly Shojo though I think….Princess Tutu is number 2? I really liked Cowboy Bebop myself and don’t have any argument against that ^^.
They’re not in exact order, but stuff closer to the top tend to be the ones I liked more. But, yeah, I love Princess Tutu. There’s just so much in there for Tutu and Boogiepop that I get new bits every single time I watch them.
And it’s a long wait to get more Gunslinger Girl, but at least it’s continuing.
It’s nice to see Cowboy Bebop on someone else’s top 10 (or 11) list. Dropping Evangelion seems kind of sacrilegious, but at least you replaced with the totally brilliant FLCL.
It felt like that too dropping Eva from the list after being on there forever. I think not having seen it for two years made it an easy one to drop this time around.
You have a great list but are missing the greatest anime of all time Dragonball, Dragonball z, and dragonball GT
