I do find it strange that a figure made in 2010 would lean. Most figures made these days use firm ABS plastic for the support leg instead of softer PVC. Leaning is usually not a problem for premium figures anymore, so it does strike me as odd that this figure leans. I was wondering if even though 2 figures are the fundamently the same figure if there any chance of possible variation in the way it was made like possibly a mistake made that, that persons would lean and that I would get lucky and mine would not? I know if I really like it I should'nt let it hold me back from getting it but I was really looking forward to putting it on display :( . Manufacturers have learned how to add better support. Now they use harder ABS plastic for the legs or use internal supports so that they don't warp. I don't worry much about warping anymore. While I obviously can't say for sure whether that particular figure won't warp, I'd say that I wouldn't let that stop you from ordering it if it really strikes your fancy. GSC Corti, and my big Kasumi.) 3 of my 1 legged figures have screws to hold them on the base. Kasumi is almost 1 legged, she has a screw too. Only Corti has a different thing, a metal pole in the base and in the boot. Which seems to be fine atm.
